Sherlock Holmes Easter Hunt Activity

Participating in the Easter Hunt was an incredibly fulfilling experience for me. Hosting a computer science game booth is never a piece of cake, especially when it is for primary school kids. Most of them have little knowledge of this subject, while some of them have difficulty understanding the instructions, or even the simple English words in the game. There were also some unexpected events throughout the process, such as some children being unable to play the game smoothly due to their limited understanding of the concepts. Yet, despite the problems we faced throughout the whole process, it has been a fruitful experience and it was awesome. I gained a lot more experience in handling sudden incidents and integrating my knowledge into a fun activity for children. Organising this event was a great time for me and I totally appreciated this opportunity.

Volunteering in an Easter Hunt event is a rewarding experience. It provides an opportunity for me to give back to the community, create positive memories for children, and promote a sense of camaraderie among volunteers. It also helps to instil values such as kindness, generosity, and compassion.
