Justina Chou

Justina is one of the founding members of E-Concept and was the former Director of Recruitment. She worked with Laris to carry out tutor recruitments. She likes dancing and is a detail-minded person, which enabled her to closely monitor communication between tutors and students. In addition, she was previously responsible for evaluating tutorial services by creating progress-tracking guides for tutors and user surveys for parents and students. Moreover, she planned internal events and team bonding training programmes for tutors.
