I am an easy-going person. Therefore I would like to be friends with my students instead of being a strict and traditional tutor. I don't want my students to be scared of or hate learning. Instead, I want my students to enjoy learning since this is important for learning. On top of that, I like to ask my students how much homework they want considering they may have a test that week. And students are more eager to do homework of the amount they decided themselves. Also, I always find out students' struggles and give them advice or teach them skills to better help them. For me, it's always the most important to understand and know more my students to help them in the best and most effective way.
