I am willing to adapt lessons according to each student’s progress and incorporate their current interests into classes for further engagement if needed. Furthermore, I aim to create a lesson atmosphere that allows students to feel comfortable asking questions, and to let them make choices they believe are most suitable for their individual situations (such as the amount of homework they are able to handle each week). Lesson times are flexible and changeable as long as a compromise is made at least three days in advance.
