I like to think of myself as a rather cheerful person. I really enjoy the feeling when someone understands something that I've been trying to explain to him/her (like most, if not all, of my peers at E-Concept), which is why I decided to give myself a challenge and try tutoring other students . It is a great pleasure to know that while I am able to help students to improve academically, I'm also supporting other charity organisations such as Mother's Choice.

While teaching I try to think in the perspective of the student, and from that determine what things he/she might not understand. I also like to try explaining the same thing in different ways, preferably linking to things the student is familiar with. By relating personally, I believe this helps him/her to really internalise certain concepts.
